[Thursday, 22 July 2004] American West announced its 5th consecutive quarterly profit (albeit small), but that didn't stop the stock from making a new 52-week low of $5.70.Bear Sterns downgraded the stock from 'Out perform' to 'Peer perform.'
[Monday, 19 July 2004] eDiets.com closed Monday up almost 10% at $3.05. Last week Wednesday the stock was at $2.20.
[Monday, 19 July 2004] Orbitz hit a new 52-week low of $17.94, but then the company reported a new seat-map application that "lets travelers compare flight options by seat availability when reviewing fares and itineraries." and the stock spiked to $19.57. ORBZ closed up 2.4% for the day at $19.19.[Thursday, 22 July 2004] Orbitz said it had a good quarter, but the company lowered its forecast for the year. ORBZ shares fell to a new 52-week low of $15.80 before closing at $17.00.
[Tuesday, 20 July 2004] RHAT shares were up 8.4 closing at $16.15 after the company announced re-stated earnings. The company also reported that it needs to fight 15 shareholder class actions suits.
[Friday, 23 July 2004] TMTA shares crashed after the company announced disappointing quarterly results. The stock closed on Thursday at $1.65, it opened on Friday at $1.41 and proceeded to fall 35% to a new 52-week low of $1.07.BOUGHT TMTA $1.05 07/23/2004 5th purchase; avg. cost per share is $1.29Note: We sold some TMTA shares on 09/22/2003 at $3.25.
[Tuesday, 20 July 2004] VISG shares closed yesterday at $6.37, but they closed today up 12.4% at $7.16. Trading volume was slightly below normal.[Thursday, 22 July 2004] Viisage launched the sale of 7.5 million shares. The shares closed the day at $6.95.
