Bambi Francisco reports that "Google is selling 14.159265 million Class A shares to the public in a secondary offering."

Exercise
  1. Take the number shares Google is selling and divide by 100. Take the result and add three. The result is a special value that is the ratio of the circumference of a circle to its diameter.
